As we come to the end of May…
let’s take a quiet moment together to pause and reflect.
Not to analyze…
not to strive…
but simply to notice what God may have been gently speaking to our hearts.
🌸 What We Walked Through This Month
This month, we’ve walked through some tender places together.
We sat with the reality of anxious thoughts…
those moments when your mind won’t slow down…
and remembered that you are not alone in that struggle.
We gently explored what it means when food becomes more than food—
and how sometimes the deeper need is not physical, but emotional and spiritual.
We were reminded that Jesus is our perfect High Priest—
that He understands our weakness and meets us with compassion, not judgment.
And we looked at mental and emotional weariness…
learning that this does not disqualify your faith but invites you closer to God’s peace.
In all we are reminded that we don’t have to hold everything together…
that peace is not found in control, but in letting go and trusting Him.
🤍 What God May Be Gently Saying
If there is one thread woven through all of this…
it’s this:
You are not alone.
You are not failing.
You are deeply loved.
And maybe even more gently…
You don’t have to carry this by yourself.
God is not asking you to strive your way to peace.
He is inviting you to come close…
just as you are.
🌿 A Gentle Invitation Moving Forward
As we gently step into a new month…
you don’t have to take everything with you.
You can release:
-
- the pressure
- the overthinking
- the need to have it all figured out
And carry only this:
👉 God is with you
👉 God cares for you
👉 God will walk with you—one gentle step at a time
